‘Pray things will be well-handled in the elections’– Duncan-Williams

Christians in Ghana have received admonition to pray to the Lord God for everlasting kindness, love, mercy, and peace among others ahead of the December 7 general elections.

Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, the presiding Archbishop of Action Chapel International, made the call to all believers, especially to his congregation.

“We just pray that things will be well-handled and managed with transparency and fairness so that we will not end up being refugees in another country.

“Without proper fairness, honesty, and transparency, things may spiral out of control,” the preacher observed.

The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer for this year’s elections, and a former President of the Republic, Mr. John Dramani Mahama recently met with the Christian Ecumenical Council in Accra on Monday.

“There is too much pain and suffering in this country. All our doctors and nurses are leaving,”, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams stated.
